The steps in conducting an MTP are:
-An MTP consultation , whose objectives are:-to verify the agreement of the couple-to verify the presence of the certificates of the two medical experts-to explain the outcome of surgery-to provide psychological counseling-to explain the procedures for declaring the child to the civil register and the burial. Counseling will be available from the team and, if necessary, during a psychological consultation.-From a term of 18 weeks, treatment with bromocriptine (Dostinex) prevent lactation.-If rhesus negative group,we will carry out the prevention of Rh incompatibility (with Rophylac).-The post-consultation MTP whose objectives are to explain:-the results of any foetopathologist examination -recidivism-support for a possible subsequent pregnancy.
