hen there's the pelvic examination (palpation of the breasts, examination of cervix with speculum , vaginal examination and, if necessary,a Pap smear).

An examination of the embryo carried out by an obstetrical ultrasound in the first trimester, to be carried out between 11 and 12 weeks gestation, so either during the consultation if the visit occurs during the term, either at a further consultation.

The doctor writes you a prescription for a blood test to check:

-stock of red cells, white cells and platelets

-complete determination of blood group and rhesus

-your immunization state against targeted materno-fetal infections (toxoplasmosis, rubella, syphilis, hepatitis B and C, CMV), plus an HIV test which will be proposed
